Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site (contacting us, booking a tour, starting a project, requesting an invitation, applying for a position, or subscribing to our newsletter), we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, company or firm name, project location, and anything you write in a message field. Job applicants may also provide a resume.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect certain technical information automatically when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the Site. Some of this is collected through cookies; see our Cookie Policy for details.
What we do not collect. We do not collect payment information through the Site. We do not collect biometric data through the Site. We do not collect or process sensitive data — such as a Social Security or government ID number, financial account details, precise geolocation, health information, or data revealing race, ethnicity, or religion. The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. The Site is intended for visitors in the United States.
When you submit a form that includes your phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, or text message. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email. We will never enroll you in recurring marketing texts without your separate, explicit consent.
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of the personal information we hold about you. We honor these requests for all visitors, not only where the law requires it.
To make a request, contact us at hello@goqav.com or 720-734-3120. We will respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, we will tell you why, and you may appeal by replying to our response; appeals are reviewed by management within 45 days. Colorado residents may also contact the Colorado Attorney General if they believe their privacy rights have been violated.
California residents. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes described here. You have the same rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability described above, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising them.
Our Site does not currently respond to browser do-not-track or universal opt-out signals because we do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Job application materials are retained for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate regulators as required by applicable law.
The Site links to and embeds third-party content, such as video players and maps. Those services operate under their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page.
